Barry wrote to Priti Patel, the Home Secretary regarding recording the use of Emergency police powers.

Barry asked that the Home Secretary issues a Written Ministerial Statement, setting out her proposal for the collation and publication of the statistics relating to the use of these powers, including the number of arrests, fixed penalty notices, prohibition notices, fines and detention notices.
